Qualifications

• Leads complex technical initiatives and provides senior escalation support.
• Experience with ITIL governance, incident and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; 8+ years IT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues and incidents.
• Coordinate tool upgrades, patches, and server reconfigurations.
• Support 24x7 TIERS operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Develop technical documentation and standards for TIERS tools.
