Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, architecture, standards, reliability, capacity, and long-term roadmap for SSR test environments in Westford, Andover, and Quincy.
• Designs and evolves lab layouts, network topologies, compute, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Leads troubleshooting across hardware, Linux, networking, virtualization, and automation.
• Drives automation for onboarding, provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of lab assets.
• Maintains equipment inventory and lifecycle records using systems like NetBox.
