Job summary

RideNow Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to lead our store support tax function. You will drive multi-state tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, and tax planning across a fast-growing powersports network.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with external advisors, and improving the accuracy of tax records and financial reporting. A CPA with 2+ years of corporate tax experience and strong US GAAP knowledge will thrive in our hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; MST desirable.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years corporate income tax experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong US GAAP/ASC 740 knowledge and tax research skills.
• Experience with OneSource tax software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 provisions and documentation.
• Manage deferred tax assets and liabilities across entities.
• Post monthly tax journal entries and reconcile tax accounts.
• Analyze book-to-tax differences including UNICAP and depreciation.
• Coordinate multi-state tax compliance and filings with external partners.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on tax strategy.
