Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
• Understanding of employment law in recruiting and benefits.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of the recruiting and selection process for assigned business lines, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offers.
• Consults with business line clients on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Delivers full life cycle recruiting and workforce management consultative services to hiring managers and officers.
• Contributes to the development of recruiting strategic objectives and supports studies and projects to ensure success.
• Reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition; oversees recruitment administration.
