Sierra Nevada Corporation in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer III to lead advanced integration tasks across hardware and software, manage verification and validation activities, and oversee complex system configurations.

You will translate customer mission needs into technical solutions, support field deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability and maintainability for aerospace and defense programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in systems integration or related field is required.
Advanced troubleshooting across electronic, digital, RF and networked systems.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise on situational awareness tools, early-warning systems, airspace management, and cross-domain data sharing.
Support integration of multi-tactical data link architectures (Link 16, JREAP, FAAD/IBCS messaging).
Assist teams with system-level troubleshooting on AMD-related C2 systems, sensor interfaces, and network gateways.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues involving tactical communications and mission computing hardware.
Perform installation, configuration, testing, and validation for deployed field systems and prototype equipment.
Translate customer mission needs into technical solutions and recommended system configurations.
