Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional structural design experience with buildings or similar structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of IBC and US design standards, and the ability to consult with architectural and industrial practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee structural analysis and design for projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee drawing production in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Implement new tools and methods to improve workflows.
• Support construction coordination and contribute to proposals and business development.
