Coffman Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Structural Discipline Engineer (10+ years) to lead design for commercial building projects in Spokane, WA. You will manage projects from early design through construction, develop analysis models, and coordinate with architects, owners, and contractors.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in structural design, is a strong leader, and holds a PE license; SE licensure is preferred. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Structural Discipline Engineer (minimum of 10 years of experience)for employment in our Spokane office. Our primary marketplaces are Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with other potential opportunities across the United States. The successful candidate will be an independent, self-motivated, and energetic team player who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm.
We’re looking for a technically strong engineer with excellent communication skills to lead structural design for commercial building projects. In this role, you will manage projects from early design through construction, develop and review analysis models and design documents, and coordinate closely with architects, owners, and contractors. You will also provide clear, timely construction administration support, mentor junior staff, and help strengthen client relationships through reliable execution and collaborative teamwork.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The position is not remote. No paid interview travel offered.
