Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Storage Infrastructure Engineer for a hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon. You will be hands‑on with enterprise storage platforms, file services, backup and disaster recovery, partnering with compute, virtualization, networking, and cloud teams to ensure data security, resilience, and scalability.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise storage infrastructure experience.
Hands‑on administration experience with Commvault and backup/recovery technologies.
Experience with storage platforms including Pure Storage, Qumulo, Dell PowerStore, NetApp or similar.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise storage platforms and related technologies.
Design, configure, and manage provisioning, performance, capacity and replication.
Lead backup, recovery, retention, and DR across global infra environments.
Administer and optimize data protection solutions to meet recoverability objectives.
Support global file services, replication, and data resiliency across associates and apps.
Collaborate with VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud teams to deliver reliable storage services.
Lead migrations, upgrades, modernization, and technology refresh projects.
Develop runbooks, docs, monitoring standards and recovery procedures.
