Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 4 years of related experience including 1 year of management.
• Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 6 years related experience including 1 year of management.
• Or 8 years related experience including 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Assists in creation of technology strategy and engineering roadmaps by partnering with other engineering managers, directors, and stakeholders on one or more teams.
• Communicates multi-year functional strategy. Sets expectations for team and holds them accountable for results.
• Lead engineers on multiple product-facing teams and manage workloads through capacity planning and staffing.
• Mentor team members and drive professional development.
