Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering leadership with hands-on TypeScript and full-stack exposure.
• Proven track record migrating to modern service platforms on AWS.
• Experience designing scalable, observable, secure systems.
• Strong communicator with technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team delivering core platform APIs, mobile apps, and desktop clients.
• Drive modernization toward a TypeScript-centric service architecture.
• Set technical standards for design, observability, and security by default.
• Coach engineers and manage delivery across multi-region operations and incidents.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Platform teams to ensure release predictability.
