Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance lead in the U.S., focused on building scalable compliance programs and repeatable audits. The role collaborates with Security, Technology, Risk, Audit, and business teams to improve evidence quality and readiness.

You will drive process improvements, develop playbooks, and deliver actionable insights for leadership and external stakeholders. A strong background in GRC and cross-functional influence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 7+ years in security governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience translating requirements into operational guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with GRC, workflow, reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish repeatable processes for audits, assessments, and evidence management.
• Define intake, ownership, evidence, review, escalation, and closure practices.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve audit readiness and efficiency.
• Maintain visibility into compliance activities across systems and teams.
• Develop reusable evidence packages, narratives, templates, and playbooks.
• Coordinate findings and remediation activities with stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to controls and remediation status.
• Prepare reporting narratives for leadership, auditors, regulators, and customers.
