Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Governance, Risk Analytics, and Compliance professional to strengthen security compliance across audits, assessments, and evidence management. You will lead repeatable processes, collaborate with Security, Technology, and business teams, and drive improvements using data and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically has 7 years of experience or more in security governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience in information security, IT audit, or regulatory readiness.
• Understanding of control environments, evidence requirements, audit and assessment processes.
• Ability to translate security/compliance requirements into practical guidance for stakeholders.
• Demonstrated program/project management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve repeatable processes for audits, assessments, and evidence collection.
• Define intake, ownership, escalation, and closure practices with Security and risk partners.
• Identify workflow and automation opportunities to improve audit readiness and evidence management.
• Maintain visibility into compliance activities with GRC and collaboration platforms.
• Develop reusable evidence packages, narratives, templates, and checklists for recurring activities.
• Review evidence for completeness and readiness before submissions to auditors or regulators.
• Partner with subject matter experts to address recurring issues and root causes.
• Monitor adherence to controls and facilitate escalation of overdue items.
• Coordinate findings, remediation activities, and closure criteria with owners.
