Qualifications

• Three years in governance, risk, compliance, or related areas.
• Experience with CMMC, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the organization’s GRC program, including regulatory and customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into controls, policies, procedures, and evidence-collection processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, assessments, certifications, and remediation plans.
• Build and manage a third-party vendor-risk program with due diligence and monitoring.
• Own lifecycle of policies, training, and exception management.
• Develop executive dashboards covering compliance posture and remediation progress.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, IT, and business stakeholders to embed GRC needs into processes.
• Support security awareness, business continuity, incident response governance, and data protection.
• Lead or mentor GRC personnel and serve as primary contact for auditors and vendors.
