Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to safeguard our technology environment by monitoring policies and leading incident response across the organization. You will coordinate with Global Security, oversee the ADUSA Incident Response Plan, and ensure timely follow-up and escalation.

The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA) and two remote days, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology roles with advanced responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or computer science
• 3+ years leading and onboarding team members in relevant technologies
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls
• Ability to analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry
• Proven collaboration across IT and business and clear communication
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience writing security documentation and policy summaries

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security policies in coordination with Global Security
• Maintain and execute the ADUSA Incident Response Plan
• Track threats and investigate incidents with IT and business teams
• Serve as first line of incident response and triage alerts
• Coordinate with SOC and Group Security for threat detection and response
• Provide regular reporting on incidents and policy adherence
• Ensure 24/7/365 operational stability and off-hours support
