Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to safeguard our technology environment, coordinating with Global Security and leading incident response across all scenarios. The Senior Security Engineering Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding our technology environment by monitoring and governing security policies in close coordination with Global Security. This role manages the ADUSA Incident Response Plan across all scenarios, ensuring timely follow-up, accountability, and assurance. Acting as the first line of defense, this role tracks threats, investigates incidents with IT and business teams, and ensures IT leadership is promptly engaged in events identified through SOC and SIEM tools.
The flexible hybrid work schedule includes three in-person days at one of our core locations and two remote days. Our core office location for this role includes Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

$151,200 - $226,800
