Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of biospecimen operations, clinical research or lab management experience.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and biospecimen handling standards.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, client-delivery environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for sample management projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end sample lifecycle activities including shipments, accessioning, storage, inventory and reporting.
• Monitor site activities, discrepancies and KPI metrics; support client reporting.
• Ensure SOP/GxP compliance and support audits and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Biorepository, Logistics, and Site Services teams.
