Qualifications include 5+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ years software development in Java/C#/Python, and SiteTracker expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce implementation and customization experience.
• 3+ years software development using enterprise languages.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Platform and SiteTracker.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce integration (REST APIs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce/SiteTracker including Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and business automations.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL as needed.
• Configure SiteTracker modules, workflows, forms, and business processes.
• Support integrations using Salesforce APIs and REST services.
• Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and SiteTracker best practices.
