Job summary

WillHire is seeking a highly analytical retail media professional to navigate retailer dashboards, extract and validate data, and translate findings into actionable business insights. The role focuses on ecommerce analytics, marketplace performance, and cross‑functional storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Retail Media or Ecommerce Analytics, hands-on experience with major retailer platforms, and strong Excel and Power BI skills to build robust reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Retail Media, Ecommerce Analytics, Digital Media Analytics, or Category Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Chewy Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and large dataset management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retailer media performance, identify drivers, and translate data into business insights.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Present findings and performance narratives to cross-functional teams and leadership.
