Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds pipelines for high-priority openings, and partners with hiring managers to plan staffing and workforce needs.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate ATS records, coordinate interviews and offers, provide timely feedback, and ensure compliant recruitment processes while mentoring junior recruiters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting and build pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Screen candidates, prescreen, coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely feedback and compliant processes.
