Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with UI and API test automation using Java (Selenium, RestAssured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Proficiency with source control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with Lean Agile methodologies.
• Lean Agile Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, case reviews, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Create and manage traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize testing tools and processes to complete testing and support code promotion.
• Maintain and catalog test suites across all test types (Smoke, Integration, Regression, etc.).
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, identify automation opportunities, and develop test automation for applicable test types.
• Execute manual and automated tests, reporting issues and defects with clear background information.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
