Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience.
• Experience coordinating or supervising construction or capital projects.
• Knowledge of design guidelines, cost estimates, and contracting processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, contractors, and administrators.
• Understanding of safety regulations and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project budget, management plan, and contracts; coordinates locations during pre-design.
• Reviews design documents for compliance with guidelines and cost estimates.
• Oversees bid documentation and board approval recommendations.
• Monitors contractor schedules; attends job-site meetings.
• Tracks change orders and processes pay applications.
• Conducts quality control inspections for compliance.
• Maintains technical records and files.
• Coords delivery of owner-furnished items; secures occupancy certificates.
• Monitors punch list; secures warranties and as-builts.
• Processes final pay applications.
• Reconciles purchase orders; schedules warranty inspections.
• Performs other related duties.
