Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• OSHA knowledge and construction coordination experience.

• Ability to read and interpret procedures and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, management plans and contracts; coordinate alternate locations during pre-design.
• Review design documents for guideline compliance and cost estimates.
• Coordinate bid documentation and board approvals.
• Monitor contractor schedules and site visits during construction.
• Manage change orders and pay applications.
• Perform quality control inspections and maintain records.
• Coordinate owner-furnished items and occupancy approvals.
• Closeout tasks and warranty documentation.
• Process final pay applications and close purchase orders.
• Travel to construction sites as needed.
