GFT in Concord, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Construction Services team. You will lead project pursuits, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and supervise contracts with clients and vendors to align with internal controls.

The role requires 15+ years in the industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across projects of regional significance. The position is hybrid, with in-person and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; PM certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
• 15+ years of industry experience in project management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuit decisions (go/no-go) and proposals.
• Negotiate contract scopes and fees.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and cross-practice coordination.
• Prepare project status reports and manage change control.
• Ensure schedules and budgets align with QA requirements.
• Coordinate closeout activities and possible business development.
