Job summary

New Leaf Energy seeks a Project Delivery Manager to act as the execution engine for the Project Delivery team. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, procurement, and construction, translating strategy into actionable tasks and governance to safeguard asset value and timelines.

This role requires 5–8 years in renewables project management, ability to drive velocity, manage EPCs, and align with corporate objectives to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in renewables.
• Experience managing complex project portfolios and driving velocity.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable work streams.
• Understand project sale processes and value flow through the VSM.
• Experience managing external EPCs through bids and contracts.
• Strong cross-functional communication across multiple domains.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP or MBA desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as execution engine for the Project Delivery team.
• Bridge strategy and execution, driving day-to-day project management.
• Standardize SOPs, tools, and governance across projects.
• Set clear project goals to safeguard asset valuation and timelines.
• Reduce schedule risk and accelerate to NTP and COD.
• Manage external EPCs and engineering firm relationships.
• Support EPC bid processes and contract negotiations.
