Associate, Project Controls Cost & Scheduling to drive detailed schedules, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting for a portfolio of large-scale projects. The role collaborates with project management, using Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud to manage baselines, schedule integrity, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in construction or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and integrated cost-schedule planning.
• Strong MS Office skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with critical path and milestones.
• Act as scheduling SME within the organization.
• Implement QA/QC on schedules for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate change orders and delays impacts on timelines.
• Provide Earned Value analysis and progress reporting.
