Eversource is seeking a Senior Analyst to analyze project data, provide strategic direction to Power BI Analysts, and report on the Engineering Organization’s performance. You will ensure timely monitoring of costs, trends, and schedules for the capital program and develop key engineering management metrics.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, a strong understanding of financial, risk, and project management, and the ability to lead data analytics initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
• 5–8 years of related experience preferred with exposure to PM, accountant, financial business analysts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is required.

Responsabilidades

• Works with Engineering Management, Project Management, Investment Planning, Operations, Contract Administration, Procurement, Materials to ensure budgets and schedules align with goals.
• Tracks cost management at project and program levels including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting CAPEX & PIS, and variance analysis.
• Creates and maintains project-level KPIs and project statistics reports.
• Monitors and reports on project costs and commitments to budget and forecast.
