Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, run the monthly close, and oversee a multi-entity team globally from Denver.

The role partners with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable processes that support BNP’s growth. The position requires 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading close processes and audits.
• ERP experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timelines.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Partner with Controller on consolidations and reporting.
• Identify improvements to close efficiency and timing.
• Maintain books for domestic and international entities.
