Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. is a global air transportation consulting and engineering firm seeking a Project Accountant to support project financials, reporting, and cost reconciliation across domestic and international projects.

You will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely month-end closes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience; internships welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred.
• Comfort working with both domestic and international project accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Working Conditions

• We are ideally seeking candidates located in the Denver, CO or Fairfield, CT.
• Hybrid work environment aligned with company policy
• Standard 40-hour work week with additional time as needed during close cycles and audits

Salary Range: $70k-$90k commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
