Job summary

The National Council on Aging, Inc. (NCOA) is seeking a Senior Program Specialist, Healthy Aging, to lead and support day-to-day activities of multiple health promotion projects focused on fall prevention.

You will manage onboarding of funded partners, provide technical assistance, and coordinate evaluation activities with the Research & Evaluation team. You will help develop resources, templates, and communications to scale impact, while coordinating across the Center for Healthy Aging and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, gerontology, social science, health administration, communications, research, evaluation, or related field; 3–5 years of relevant work experience (Master’s preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-activity projects with internal and external partners.
• Experience providing or supporting technical assistance, webinars, trainings or communities of practice.
• Experience with data collection, program monitoring, evaluation, or continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and logistics of multiple health promotion projects with a focus on fall prevention.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to funded partners.
• Coordinate data collection, evaluation trainings, and quarterly analyses.
• Develop resources, SOPs, guides, and templates for project activities.
• Support dissemination of project findings through communications channels.
• Maintain project files using Asana, Zengine, Teams, and other tools.
