Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale networking and fiber infrastructure programs within the Public Sector SLED practice in Baltimore. You will manage service-provider networks, ensuring availability and regulatory compliance across 100+ locations and thousands of users, while steering budgets and schedules.

The role requires PMP, PMBoK proficiency, and at least 10 years of IT infrastructure project experience, with strong leadership in complex programs and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management experience in IT infrastructure.
• 5+ years managing service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and 10,000+ individuals.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• Leadership role in at least three projects with change management components.
• At least 5 years using PMBoK methodologies and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program delivery for networking and fiber initiatives.
• Manage networks across 100+ locations and a workforce of 10,000+.
• Develop program plans, budgets and schedules to meet client objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Implement risk management and provide executive-level KPI and financial reporting.
• Support state agency and master contractor discussions and meetings.
