Job summary

Dayton Parts Driven By Dorman is seeking a perceptive and creative Senior Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio. The role is hybrid, based at our Colmar, PA headquarters, with onsite three days per week.

You will drive category growth, oversee new product development, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and market share while coordinating pricing and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and 7+ years in Product Management.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with P&L understanding and cost optimization.
• Excellent presentation skills with strong PowerPoint capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth using commercial, product, engineering and operations levers.
• Lead new product development and project throughput; remove obstacles.
• Develop annual and 3-year category plans based on market potential and opportunities.
• Define category strategy, SWOT and “Right To Win” framework; monitor market trends.
• Coordinate pricing reviews, SKU rationalization, and SLA milestones.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and communicate opportunities and risks to leadership.
