Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, engineering or related field preferred with experience in process improvement methodologies.
• 1.5–2 years of education equivalent per year; Five to seven years of relevant professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large scale business process optimization projects with project management oversight.
• Design and deliver workshops on process improvement and BPMN 2.0 methodologies.
• Provide actionable recommendations through comprehensive assessments and benchmarking.
• Establish metrics for process controls and enable process automation.
• Train analysts and stakeholders in process optimization techniques.
