BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead transportation and land surveying projects from proposal to completion. The role combines field oversight with client and budget management, based in Pennsylvania with a hybrid work model.

The candidate should hold a PA/OH/WV PLS license (PA preferred) and have 5–10+ years of progressive surveying experience, strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills, and proven project leadership abilities.

Formación

• PA/OH/WV PLS license required (PA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of progressive land surveying experience
• Proven track record managing multiple survey projects
• Strong field AND office surveying background
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey processing software

Responsabilidades

• Manage transportation, boundary, topographic, and right-of-way survey projects start to finish
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping relationships strong
• Lead and mentor field and office survey staff
• Prepare, review, and seal survey plats, ROW plans, and related deliverables
• Establish property boundaries and rights-of-way through deed research and title interpretation
