Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in planning/forecasting roles.
• Strong understanding of sales, margin, inventory turns and weeks of supply.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of planning software.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly financial plans and forecasts aligned to department strategy.
• Collaborate with buyers and merchants to create accurate department forecasts.
• Build plans to drive profitability and optimize inventory, including end-of-life activity.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to execution and training.
• Communicate opportunities and risks with data-driven recommendations.
