You will handle diverse domestic and international patent matters and contribute to strategic IP counseling and business development.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Patent Attorney with 5+ years’ experience in patent prosecution, with knowledge of trademarks, licensing, trade secrets, copyrights, and domain name disputes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Patent Attorney with 5+ years in patent prosecution and IP matters.
• Experience advising on trademarks, software licensing, trade secrets, copyrights, confidentiality agreements, and domain name disputes advantageous.
• Technical background in electrical, computer, or mechanical disciplines preferred; non-technical candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of domestic and international patent matters.
• Provide IP and commercial advisory support and engage in business development.
