Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join the BEAGLE ASF Team in support of CBP in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on securing and optimizing DMZ infrastructure, high-availability services, and low-latency FMV streaming.

You will design and maintain VPNs/SD-WAN, contribute to Agile Scrum efforts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring secure, multi-tenant WAN connectivity for field agents. Applicants must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a CBP background check.
• 5–7+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• DMZ & Edge Architecture: Design, implement, secure, and maintain the network architecture for external-facing systems within the DMZ.
• F5 BIG-IP Network & Application Services: Administer and manage F5 BIG-IP solutions including LTM/GTM, APM, ASM/WAF, GTM, and AFM.
• Video Streaming Optimization: Optimize paths and QoS for low-latency FMV streaming to tactical operators.
• Remote & Disconnected Client Support: Build secure network pathways (VPNs, SD-WAN, backup) for remote field users.
• Agile Team Collaboration: Work in an Agile Scrum team to translate requirements into designs and updates.
