Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Municipal Lead to oversee municipal engineering projects from planning through maintenance. The role requires leading and mentoring engineers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will use Civil3D and AutoCAD, maintain compliance with codes, and drive continuous improvement. A PE license and 10+ years in municipal engineering are essential for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in municipal engineering with 2+ years in PM.
• PE license is required.
• Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians in municipal projects.
• Design and review plans using Civil3D/AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare engineering reports, proposals and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies for services.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss plans.
