Job summary

The Phia Group, LLC is seeking a Sr. IT Engineer to provide a full range of IT support and technology services. The role involves administration, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud solutions.

You will help with onboarding, incident response, and ongoing improvements. This hybrid position requires split time between the Louisville, KY office and remote work, with a strong emphasis on security, ISO2701:22, HiTrust and HIPAA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Level 1–3 IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent documentation and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to guide Helpdesk technicians and work well with customers and end users.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of IT support and technology services for internal and external users.
• Administer, maintain, and upgrade enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, security).
• Support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint; manage cloud-based products (Azure, Office 365).
• Handle ITSM ticketing (SYSAID); monitor logs and assist with incident remediation.
• Perform on-site and remote support; coordinate with vendors and compliance teams.
