Job summary

Nationwide’s Investments Back Office team seeks a Senior Investment Analyst to lead reconciliations across cash, securities, and asset values. You will collaborate with Custodians, Asset Managers, and Technology Providers to resolve items and improve processes, ensuring timely, auditable controls.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in Investment Operations with strong reconciliation experience, and a solid accounting/finance background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Investment Operations or related fields, with reconciliation experience.
• Experience with cash, securities, and position reconciliations.
• Strong data distillation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess reconciliation landscape, identify gaps, and drive timely resolutions.
• Partner with Technology to design detailed, scalable reconciliations.
• Ensure data access from internal/external counterparties to support controls.
• Own financial risk controls tied to reconciliation infrastructure.
