Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an Americas Supply Chain Finance Director, Flavors, to lead financial operations for the Flavor SC region in a hybrid (50/50) role at the Hunt Valley headquarters. You will drive strategic cost management, capital investments, and cross-functional financial planning across Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Distribution, and Inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent business function.
• 10–12 years of progressive financial and business experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and supply chain principles.
• Excellent people and organizational leadership experience.
• End-to-end business planning and internal controls knowledge.
• Experience with cost accounting and ABC costing.
• Proven change management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operations for Americas Flavor Supply Chain with 4–6 managers.
• Partner with VP and Sr Director to define and implement SC strategy.
• Drive productivity projects and major capital investment proposals.
• Oversee monthly closes and GAAP reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and processes.
• Monitor cost performance and drive optimization across the region.
• Prepare and present the Monthly Divisional Business Review.
