Generation Housing seeks a Policy Director to lead housing policy and advocacy across Sonoma County and the North Bay. You will monitor local, regional, state, and federal developments; develop advocacy strategies; build relationships with public officials and partners; and help shape GH's long-term policy agenda on housing production, affordability, land use, transportation, and community development.

• Experience shaping housing policy, advocacy, or public affairs strategies.
• Strong understanding of California housing policy, land use, and related laws.
• Leadership experience with supervision and project management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
