Job summary

McKesson seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join the FastAuth team in Columbus, OH. You will build and scale applications that accelerate prior authorization, working across React front ends, .NET services, and Azure‑based integrations.

You will collaborate with engineers to design cloud solutions, implement event-driven architectures, and translate business needs into elegant technical outcomes. Hybrid work supported; competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience, plus typically 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with TypeScript, React and/or .NET; Azure cloud services; event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement Azure cloud solutions.
Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture.
Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions.
Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence and help the team sustain it.
Support what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews.
