Job summary

Ford in Michigan is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and backend skills, and familiarity with cloud, containers, and CI/CD. It is a hybrid position with onsite four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong front-end proficiency: JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular or React.
• Strong back-end proficiency: C++, Node.js, Java, Python or C#/.NET.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• CI/CD and DevOps familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain client-side and server-side applications.
• Architect scalable, secure software solutions with leads.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive interfaces.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and IaC with DevOps teams.
