Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for the Corporate FP&A team in New York, NY. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly and reports to the Head of Financial Strategy & Analysis.

You will lead FP&A analyses, develop strategic presentations for leadership and support consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with major data providers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg and Capital IQ.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical projects for senior management on FP&A topics.
• Create presentations for Board and Executive Committee.
• Conduct analyses comparing MMC to industry data and competitors.
• Perform portfolio optimization and capital allocation analytics.
• Monitor macro-economic indicators to support budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis.
