The role leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and sophisticated financial modeling, including ROI analyses, risk assessment, and capacity for strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare financial analysis, planning, budgeting.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau; SQL/Python coding.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical-analysis capabilities.
• Leadership experience mentoring FP&A professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with executive and operational leadership to set targets and monitor performance.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and pro formas for investments and initiatives.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, reimbursement, and cost structures for performance improvements.
• Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
