Jobot is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Kentucky for a hybrid role combining remote work with in-person collaboration. You will contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, driving complex financial modeling and data-driven decisions within a professional finance team.

The position requires a strong FP&A background, advanced Excel skills, and experience with PowerBI and Enterprise Resource Planning systems like PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related area.
  • Strong financial modeling, data mining, and analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel with complex formulas and modeling.
  • Familiarity with General Ledger and P&L statements; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, profitability, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports.
  • Lead LRFF process and coordinate forecasts with teams; support GL and P&L analysis.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical individual to join our team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our finance department, contributing significantly to our strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with regular in‑person meetings and collaboration sessions. This role offers ample scope for career advancement and the chance to work with a dedicated and professional team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and compile detailed reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
  • Collaborate with various departments, providing financial insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports.
  • Drive the long‑range financial forecast (LRFF) process and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate forecasts.
  • Support the Accounting team with General Ledger and Profit and Loss statement analysis.
  • Utilize PowerBI, PeopleSoft, and UI Planner to enhance data‑driven decision‑making processes.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data mining, and analysis with a strong understanding of corporate financials.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and Excel modeling.
  • Familiarity with Accounting principles, General Ledger, and Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, UI Planner, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
