Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a stable client in the Richmond, VA area. The role partners with VP Finance and senior leadership to provide finance support.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with onsite work three days a week, and local or relocating candidates are preferred. Responsibilities include rigorous financial analysis, model development, KPI reporting, and variance analysis to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced analytic skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of operating results for senior management.
• Develop models and tools to support analysis; create KPI reporting from multiple data sources.
• Support BI to build reports for asset management; conduct variance analysis and ad hoc earnings analyses.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting models; work with leadership on performance metrics.
