Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics or related field.
- 5+ years FP&A or performance controlling experience.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead productivity reporting for North America and drive efficiency initiatives.
- Own backlog reporting processes, governance, and visibility.
- Support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for leadership.
- Drive automation and digitalization using BI tools.
