Job summary

LHH is partnered with a mid-size healthcare company to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst in Brentwood, Tennessee. This hybrid role requires two in-office days per week, offering true ownership of regional FP&A and a path toward leadership.

You will build financial models, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and develop board and leadership presentations, collaborating closely with operations and sales. Strong Excel and FP&A experience are essential, healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Building board and leadership presentations
• Financial modeling for new business opportunities
• Supporting new deals alongside operations and sales
• Compiling, cleaning, summarizing, and presenting financial data
• Serving as the finance liaison between sales, operations, and leadership
• Assisting with special projects and other assigned responsibilities
