This hands-on FP&A role operates in a small, collaborative team, adapting to changing priorities and expanding responsibilities as you deepen understanding of Briggs and related entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial fundamentals and ability to connect operational activity to financial results.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Collaborative, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes with modeling and variance analysis.
• Turn data into insights, identifying risks or opportunities for leaders to consider.
• Partner with Accounting, leadership, and branch teams during monthly close and forecasting cycles.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and models.
